- What formats will I get the finished films in?
The product films from VirtualCamapaign are all films in HD, that is, cinema quality, so that you can present your range of products in the best possible quality with high-resolution projects as well.
Upon request, we can also film up to 4K, that is four times FullHD.
However, we also have a few other formats which have been optimised for:
– incorporation into presentations
– presentation on the intranet or internet
– E-mail delivery
You can get each film in any format – without additional cost to you.
H.264 (mp4 for all PCs, Macs, mobile phones and tablets) and wmv are already available as codecs.
We can of course implement any other code requests.
- Can I import my own films that I've already created into the tool?
In principle this is possible, but we will have to check if the material is technically suitable for further processing.
- Is there a limit on how many motifs I can upload?
No! You can upload as many motifs as you like to your profile.
- What is the situation with copyrights for the film I create?
VirtualCampaign assumes no liability for copyrights regarding the motifs you upload to the product films. The blank product films are free of third-party rights and can be used and published in full.
- Do I have to pay GEMA fees when publishing?
No, we only use music exclusively composed for us or GEMA-exempt music which we have fully licensed for use with VirtualCampaign.
- Will I have to spend time learning how to use the tool?
No. The user will be led through each step meaning you can get to work straight away.
- Do I need special hardware or software?
Any office PC with internet access can use the tool. We support both Mac and PC as well as all popular browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
- Is it possible to use different languages?
Yes. We support German, Turkish and English as standard. We can also implement other languages upon request. We will happily provide you with a separate quote for this.
- Are there statistics to show me what each employee has produced?
Of course. Usage behaviour statistics can be viewed with each licence.
- Can I pass on my log-in details so that my customers or colleagues from other companies can use the tool?
No, this is not permitted. However, you can obtain additional client licences for other companies, e.g. from the same corporate group or for a partner company at a discount.
For colleagues and employees at your own company, you are free to create additional accounts up to the maximum number of users permitted by your licence. With a licence lasting three years or more, you can create as many accounts as you like within your own company. The legal entity is the decisive factor here.
- Can I also use my own individual text when creating films?
You can add this feature as an optional extra. We will provide you with a separate quote for this service.
- How can I quickly train my employees to use the tool?
Training is actually not necessary, as the few steps it takes to create individualised films are self-explanatory. However, we will happily come to your offices to present the functions of the tool and introduce colleagues to the new technology.
- Can I also use VirtualCampaign locally within our company?
We will happily provide you with a quote for using your own exclusive server with accompanying rendering machines.
- I would like to design VirtualCampaign to match our corporate identity or to integrate it into my intranet. Is that possible?
In principle it is possible to create an individualised appearance (GUI). You will find a design packet for an individualised GUI in the price list. However, we will have to assess the situation on an individual basis when it comes to integration of the system into your IT environment. We will be happy to assist you in this.
